We use a FDA approved Rapid Results Covid test and have created a safe environment for testing. Our equipment is state of the art. Results are typically received within 48 hours with regular Covid test or within 25 minutes if you've taken the Rapid Results test (not always available). We welcome walk-in patients. The average wait time is about 30 minutes. We offer a spacious waiting area with 2 flat screen TVs to make your wait more enjoyable. If you prefer to book an office appointment in advance, you can do so by clicking HERE. If you prefer a virtual/video appointment, click HERE. Telemedicine (Telehealth/Video) appointments are $65 out of pocket (insurance is not accepted at this time).

We accept all PPO’s, Medicare, TriWest, TRICARE, and most HMO’s. In addition to Hemet Community Medical Group, we are now the In-Network Urgent Care for Scripps Physicians Medical Group.

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care treats illnesses and injuries that require immediate, but not emergency care. Providers at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care can often fill a need that may exist between primary care physicians and hospital emergency rooms during times when a doctor’s appointment is not readily available.

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Only closed Christmas Day.)

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care is unique in that most services can be performed in our urgent care clinic. This includes providing on-site X-rays, on-site test results, minor surgical procedures such as stitches and providing care for broken bones and sprains.
